This website is run by Nazareth Family Retreat Centre, Karukutty. This page explains what it collects and what is done with it.
What we collect
We collect only what you type into a form on this site — a booking request, a counselling appointment request, a message through the contact form, or an email address for the newsletter. Nothing else about you is gathered, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
What we do with it
A booking request is used to hold your place and to ring you back to confirm it. A counselling request is passed only to the counselling team. A contact message is read by the office and answered. An email address given for the newsletter is used only to send you word of new retreat dates, and you may ask us to remove it at any time.
Counselling requests are confidential
Whatever you write when asking for a counselling appointment is read by the counselling team alone. It is never published, never shared with your parish, and never passed to anyone else.
No payments on this website
This site does not take payments and never asks for card, bank or UPI details. If any page appears to ask you for them, it is not ours — please tell us.
Keeping and removing your details
Booking and appointment records are kept so that the office can plan the retreats and answer questions later. If you would like your details removed from our records, ring the office and ask, and we will remove them.
