Family Retreat
Parents and children together
The retreat the centre is built around. The whole household comes, stays on the campus for four days, and takes part in every session side by side — the preaching, the prayer and the quiet alike.
Every date set apart this year at Nazareth. Pick the one that suits your family and ask for a place — the office will call you back to confirm.

On the Calendar
Two kinds of retreat share the year — one for families with their children, one for those in their later years.
Parents and children together
The retreat the centre is built around. The whole household comes, stays on the campus for four days, and takes part in every session side by side — the preaching, the prayer and the quiet alike.
Senior citizens
Four times a year the centre sets aside three days for those in their later years — gentler in pace, and preached for a turn of life when the questions are different.
Before You Come
If your question is not here, please ring the office — we would rather talk.
The retreat is preached for a household — parents and children together. Come as a family rather than sending one member. If you are unsure whether your situation fits, ring the office and ask; nobody is turned away for asking.
Yes. The retreat is built around parents and children taking part side by side, and that is what makes it different from a retreat one person attends alone. Tell us the ages of the children when you book.
Please plan to. The retreat is designed to be lived through from beginning to end, and much of what it does depends on staying. If that is genuinely impossible for your family, speak to the office before you book.
Either ring the booking line between 9 in the morning and 5 in the evening, or send a request through this website. Nothing is paid online — a request reaches the office and the office rings you back to confirm the place.
Please ask the office when you ring. They will tell you what is expected for the retreat you have chosen and what it covers.
The office tells you when they confirm your booking. If anyone in the family is on regular medication, bring enough for the whole stay and mention it when you book.
